There is a wide range of applications for a variety of heat sources. In industries or data centers, for example, process waste heat can be recovered. Ambient sources e.g. river water or geothermal heat can be used as an effective and low cost heat input to optimize process heat balances.

Heat Sources

  • Cooling water
  • Waste water
  • Surface water (river, lake, ocean)
  • Geothermal

Heat Sinks

  • Hot water
  • District heating water
  • Process steam

E-Boilers

E-Boilers can be used for hot water or steam generation. Heat can be stored very efficiently in large hot water stores, which explains their usage in district heating systems. Steam, on the other hand, is widely used in all kinds of industries. An E-Boiler can greatly improve the overall plant flexibility while reducing fuel consumption and CO2 emissions.
