In order to fulfil special requirements regarding general planning activities for projects Power Service Solutions GmbH provides general engineering activities that combine and connect the customer needs and its own technologies. The entire project scope can be conducted by our own resources.
Our experienced key personnel plan the entire plant process including:
- HAZOP/SIL (safety assessments)
- Electrical equipment
- Sensors for different measurements
- Wiring/cabling
- Functional descriptions and programming logic
3D Arrangement
We offer 3D modelling services using state of the art software including all major plant components, such as:
Arrangement of equipment and vessels
- High and low pressure piping
- Venting lines
- Draining lines
- Steel structure and ductwork
- Cabling routes
If necessary, a 3D-Scan of the respective sections of the existing plant is used to set the correct baseline for modelling the plant in the software (point cloud implementation).
