Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance
Due to our decades of experience in the supply and construction of large power plants, industrial boilers and combustion plants, we also provide modernization, optimization and maintenance of individual plants and their components. The installation and commissioning of new components, either in existing plants or as new builds, is also familiar to us.
In line with the concept of “everything from a single source”, our service department is involved at an early stage in the engineering process and contributes its many years of experience to the design, procurement and manufacturing. This avoids any costly and time-consuming reworking.
The erection and commissioning division is responsible for installation planning, assembly, commissioning, quality management and also for QA documentation on the construction site. For this purpose, Power Service Solutions provides suitable specialist personnel and the necessary equipment such as tools, special tools and lifting equipment for the required installation and commissioning activities. Our teams may be supplemented by qualified and certified contractual partners. Commissioning and installation personnel are coordinated by our planning department. This ensures that sufficient and appropriate specialist personnel are available in accordance with capacity and utilization planning. The planning department puts together the necessary personnel for the installation and commissioning activities and supports the needs of the field service personnel.

Commissioning
In addition to assembly, the commissioning division is your competent partner for carrying out all processes relating to the commissioning of power plants and their components and for tuning and improvements later in life. Our specialists are very familiar with power plant technology.
The commissioning or recommissioning of conventional power plants and their optimization requires in-depth knowledge of how the plant works and the diversity of all components. This is where the specialist’s many years of experience becomes important, as they constantly deal with the special process engineering features of conventional power plants of different sizes, fuel variants, types of use and customer-specific requirements.
Measuring and testing technology
Power Service Solutions has extensive experience in measurement and testing in a power plant environment.We provide intensive support for product development from the development phase through to commissioning and handover to our customers.
